Who are we looking for
We are growing in Romania and looking for the Affiliate Manager to serve our Romanian partners and help them to grow their business.
Job description
Affiliate Manager is the main contact person for local Partners, ie both Advertisers and Publishers. The aim is to build and maintain professional relations with local or international Partners running their affiliate activities in Romania.
Affiliate Manager helps the Advertisers to understand the Affiliate marketing, it´s specifics compared to other online marketing channels. Also helps them to analyse and optimize their affiliate campaigns according to their strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new potential affiliate partners (Publishers) in Romania and their support on a regular basis;
- Acquisition of new potential Advertisers in the Romanian market and helping the existing ones to maximize their campaigns performance;
- Help the clients during the launch of their campaign;
- Translate integration material (Campaign description) to Romanian language;
- Close cooperation and weekly reporting to a Country Manager/HQ.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in online marketing (experience with affiliate marketing is a plus but it’s not mandatory);
- Familiar with the Romanian e-commerce market;
- Great communication and negotiation skills;
- Native Romanian and English B2 level is a minimum;
- Well self-organized and goal-oriented attitude;
- Remote position (living in Romania is expected).
